FOUR TIER COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS: WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF I WANT TO MOVE HOME?

Under the four tiers of corona-virus restrictions in England, the government’s new advice, is that the housing market remains open for business, whether you’re buying, selling, renting or letting.

Housing secretary Robert Jenrick confirmed that renters and homeowners in England will be able to move and removal firms, tradespeople and estate agents can still operate in all tiers, including tier four.
