A lot of our work is physical, so we have to keep the protein intake up




Helping the guys to achieve this is our 'resident' chef Del, who operates the catering unit - Del Boy's - on Birch Road, just along from our office here at BN23 6NY.
So, here is a snap of Del, with his shiny new 'business card' - of which he is very proud - he brought it in to show us as it wouldn't fit through our letter box!
